Our Beers
We come from humble beginnings and always want our beers to reflect that. From brewing recipes in our owner's kitchen with a 5-gallon system made out of converted Coleman coolers, cooking pots, and a turkey fryer (no, seriously), to now brewing just under 5,000 gallons of beer a week. While our process has changed, our core beers never will.

Traditional Irish Red ale with a vibrant amber color. Balanced and easy drinking, with notes of caramel, toffee and biscuit. Finishing light and crispy! Slainte!

We love everything local, and Loganberry is about as local as you can get. We brew this in a traditional Wit style which gives it some mild banana and light fruit esters which bounce off the hints of Loganberry.

Easy drinking, light and approachable blonde ale, gently conditioned on fragrant orange peels for an extra shot of refreshing citrus in both the aroma and flavor profile.

This hearty, but not heavy festive beer is the perfect transition to the Fall season. Our Oktoberfest is well balanced with a great toasted malt profile including biscuit, caramel, and toffee notes. With it’s clean and crisp finish this beer does justice to the traditional marzen style.

Strong cinnamon and toast aromatics balanced with a tinsy bit of nutmeg and ginger. The flavor is sweet and boasts a striking resemblance to French toast, with hints of chocolate and caramel.
