Loganberry Wit

We love everything local, and loganberry is about as local as you can get! We brew this in a traditional wit style, giving it some mild banana and light fruit esters, which bounce off the hints of loganberry.

Blue Raspberry Shandy

Our shandy blended with blue raspberry flavorings, for an awesome neon blue color and flavor notes of blue raspberry candy

Sponge Candy Stout

We make this beer from the excess cuttings of Watson's Chocolate renowned sponge candy. This addition gives a nice toffee and caramel flavor and compliments the pale and dark chocolate malts.

Cosmic Truth

Mosaic Hopped Session Ale. A truly unique beer, this sessionable brew begins with a Kolsch's crisp and refreshing body, brought to life by bold tropical fruit flavors and subtle bitterness of the Mosaic hop. The best of all worlds merge in this beer, resulting in a well-rounded, universal experience.

Legend of the Cone

Hailing from the swift shores of Tonawanda, Tom “Conehead” Girot has been wandering the stands of local stadiums since the 70’s vending the coldest brews in with the tallest of domes. Conehead’s Single Hop IPA delivers a big floral aroma, juicy flavor, and subtle earthiness. Light bittering allows the complex flavors of the Mosaic to shine.

Premium Pilsner

This traditional Czech Pilsner is crafted with meticulous attention to detail. Brewed using hand-selected Saaz hops, it offers a harmonious blend of delicate bitterness and floral, earthy aromas. Its crisp, golden body and clean finish make it a timeless expression of classic premium Czech Pilsner.

White Ale

A crisp and cracker-y, incredibly smooth white ale. Brewed with a touch of Saaz hops to add a dash of spice to the nose, this beer is light, flavorful and incredibly easy to enjoy.

Double Heart DIPA

Turning our flagship IPA Greenheart up to 11!. This super soft and aromatic DIPA is exploding with notes of melon,grapefruit, tangerine, passion fruit and a touch of pine. Super hazy and soft bodied, it goes down easy…almost too easy. 8% ABV.
