Kegs & Eggs: May Edition

Our experimental beer-unch is back! Prepare yourself for some tasty brunchy goodness, paired with two flights of some widely experimental brews!

Flight 1: Sour
Plum Gose – soft plum aroma, sweet mouthfeel, slight tart and savory finish
Flemish Red – an oldie but a goodie, with a fresh spin. Mouth puckering sour with light notes of caramel and toast, and a brilliant ruby red color.
White Wine Barrel Aged Brett Saison – Super complex flavor combining the tartness from the aging process with that tart, sweetness of the the grapes from the pinot grigio, with base notes of bread in the flavor and the nose, and a medium body.
Chocolate, Dark Cherry, Vanilla Kettle Sour – Smells like a rich Chocolate cherry cake, vanilla and chocolate in the body, with a sweet yet tart finish.
Flight 2:
White Wine Barrel Aged Head in the Clouds DIPA – heavy melon, and strawberry flavors present in the body, but finishes with the sour-sweetness from the aging process.
Pineapple Pilsner – light, crisp body, finishes with a semi-sweet acidic pineapple flavor
Kottbusser (German Spring Beer) – slick, sweet mouthfeel and taste due to the large amount of honey in the brewing process, but finishes clean due to the kolsch yeast
Bourbon Barrel Aged Belgian Dubbel – smells like bourbon soaked cherries, slight chocolate undertones, dark candied sugar leaves you with a sweet, smooth finish and mouthfeel

PLUS 2 Cask Beers!!!!
